1955 works as musician and freelance painter
1956 hitchhikes throughout Europe
1962 first exhibition in Vienna
1963 atelier in Vienna
1965 moves to Rohr in souther Burgenland
1968 first paintings for a series of works about life and people in Burgenland
1970 experiments with musical instruments, works for the ORF
1976 political engagement
1980 works on a cycle he calls "icones of the 20th century"
1983 starts painting landscapes and teaching
1992 opening of an own gallery (until 1995)
